Miss Winter received a B.A. of Architecture and a business minor in 2015 from Lehigh University in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. In 2017 she received her Master of Architecture degree from the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at the University of Maryland. Her thesis aimed to raise awareness about climate change and the plight of the human race and polar bear species through architectural design. The design, situated on the National Mall in D.C., consisted of a monument, polar bear habitat, and museum, which visitors experience in sequential order. While at the University of Maryland, she also concentrated on historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
